Orders & Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2-7 Business Days. During sale/promotional periods and holidays, shipping times could be longer. All delivery/Transit times posted at checkout are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. All posted expected dates are based on when your order ships.

We do not recommend using PO Box addresses. We cannot guarantee that your PO Box is capable of receiving delivery. We will send you an email when your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.

We do not ship internationally.

We reserve the right not to ship to your state if the laws of your state restrict the purchase/sell of the items you wish to buy. In this case we will cancel your order.

Any shipping discrepancies (overages, shortages, or damage) must be communicated within 5 days after your package is received. Any claims after 5 days will be denied.

Any customer caught using our website as a dropshipping service for their business will be terminated.


McDaniel Mill offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Food, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Non-stock items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Customers may also obtain an RMA number by sending an email support@mcdanielmill.com by calling 833-933-7737. Be sure to provide the original order/invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15-40%.
